Direct Seller Delisting Policy

SKYMAXX SHOPDEAL GROWTH PVT. LTD.

1. Purpose

SKYMAXX SHOPDEAL GROWTH PVT. LTD. is committed to maintaining a fair, ethical, transparent, and legally compliant Direct Selling business. This Policy explains the circumstances under which a Direct Seller's ID may be suspended or permanently deactivated (delisted). Every Direct Seller is expected to comply with the Company's policies, Direct Seller Agreement, Code of Ethics, and all applicable laws.

2. Direct Seller Responsibilities

Every Direct Seller is responsible for protecting the Company's reputation and maintaining customer trust.

Direct Sellers must provide accurate information, promote products truthfully, respect customers, comply with Company policies, and avoid any activity that may cause financial, legal, or reputational harm to the Company or its business network.

3. Activities Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or permanent delisting:

  • False or exaggerated income claims or guaranteed earnings.
  • False product, medical, or health claims.
  • Fake registrations, forged documents, duplicate IDs, or false identity details.
  • Fake purchases, manipulated invoices, artificial business volume, or fraudulent transactions.
  • Collecting money on behalf of the Company without written authorization.
  • Unauthorized use of the Company's name, logo, trademark, website, or intellectual property.
  • Creating unauthorized websites, social media pages, advertisements, or training programs.
  • Harassment, abusive behaviour, threats, discrimination, or defamatory statements.
  • Encouraging customers or Direct Sellers to violate Company policies.
  • Promoting competing business opportunities using the Company's network or customer database.

4. Grounds for Deactivation or Delisting

The Company may suspend or permanently delist a Direct Seller if it determines that the Direct Seller has violated the Direct Seller Agreement, this Policy, the Code of Ethics, or any applicable law.

Repeated policy violations, failure to cooperate during investigations, false explanations, fraud, financial misconduct, identity fraud, document forgery, cybercrime, unauthorized fund collection, money laundering, or criminal activity may result in immediate deactivation where permitted by law.

5. Suspension Pending Investigation

If a complaint is received or the Company reasonably suspects a policy violation, the Direct Seller ID may be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated.

During suspension, access to the business portal, commissions, bonuses, incentives, rank advancement, purchases, and other business privileges may be restricted.

6. Investigation Process

The Company may review documents, invoices, transaction history, electronic records, customer complaints, communications, and other relevant evidence.

The Direct Seller may be required to provide explanations or supporting documents. Failure to cooperate may itself be treated as a policy violation.

7. Consequences of Delisting

Upon permanent delisting, the Direct Seller Agreement shall automatically terminate.

The Direct Seller ID will be permanently deactivated and all business rights, privileges, and authority to represent the Company shall cease immediately.

The Company may also withhold or recover commissions, bonuses, incentives, awards, or other financial benefits where wrongful payments have occurred, subject to applicable law.

8. Right to Appeal

A Direct Seller who believes that the delisting decision is incorrect may submit a written appeal within 30 calendar days from the date of the notice.

The Company will review the appeal and communicate its final decision after examining the available evidence.

9. Company's Rights

The Company reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, delist, amend, interpret, or enforce this Policy whenever necessary to protect consumers, maintain business integrity, comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, or safeguard the Company's interests.

10. Acceptance

By registering as a Direct Seller and continuing to participate in the Company's business, every Direct Seller confirms that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to comply with this Delisting Policy and all other Company policies, as amended from time to time.
